The Bet9ja promotion code is YOHAIG, and when it appears not to work the cause is almost always one of six things. Here is the checklist.

Whitespace on autofill

Browser autofill and copy-paste both introduce invisible whitespace. A space before or after the code can cause a silent failure. Type the six characters manually instead of pasting.

Too late to apply

The bet9ja promotion code 2026 Code field only appears on the registration form. There is no way to add a code afterwards, through support or otherwise. Nothing recovers it on an existing account.

Qualifying deposit not met

The code applies at registration but the bonus triggers on deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is ₦100. Check that the deposit cleared rather than sitting pending.

4. Account verification is incomplete

bet9ja promotion code holds bonuses until the account is verified. Check that you clicked the verification link and filled in the remaining profile fields.

5. The one-per-household rule was triggered

The offer is limited to one per account, household, IP address and payment method. If someone on your connection has already claimed, or you have used that card elsewhere, the system will block it. The restriction is enforced automatically.

Funds locked

A credited bonus is not the same as money. You must turn the bonus over ten times on bets at odds of 3.00 or above before it converts. Backing short-priced favourites makes no progress toward the requirement. Check your rollover status in the account section rather than guessing.

Still stuck?

Raise it with bet9ja promotion code 2026 support, who can see what was recorded against the account. Support can tell you whether a code was captured at sign-up, which settles most disputes immediately.

If you have not registered yet, avoid all of the above by entering YOHAIG at sign-up and depositing at least ₦100.
