If YOHAIG is being rejected or the bonus has not appeared, the problem is usually procedural rather than a fault with the bet9ja promo code. Here is the checklist.

1. The code was entered with a space

Browser autofill and copy-paste both introduce invisible whitespace. A space before or after the bet9ja promotion code can cause a silent failure. Type the six characters manually instead of pasting.

Registration was already complete

The bet9ja promotion code Code field only appears on the registration form. There is no way to add a bet9ja promotion code afterwards, through support or otherwise. Nothing recovers it on an existing account.

Under ₦100

Entering YOHAIG does not credit anything by itself. The minimum qualifying deposit is ₦100. Some payment methods take time to clear, and the bonus only lands once funds arrive.

Details missing

An unverified account will not receive bonus funds. Check that you clicked the verification link and filled in the remaining profile fields.

5. The one-per-household rule was triggered

The offer is limited to one per account, household, IP address and payment method. a router or a bank card with a previous claimant produces a rejection. This is not something support will override.

Rollover not met

A credited bonus is not the same as withdrawable money. You must turn the bonus over ten times on bets at odds of 3.00 or above before it converts. Bets below 3.00 do not count and will draw from cash instead. Progress is visible under My Account.

If none of these apply

Contact bet9ja promo code support directly with your account reference and the time of registration. They can confirm whether a bet9ja promotion code code was attached, which resolves the question one way or the other.

If you have not registered yet, avoid all of the above by entering YOHAIG at sign-up and depositing at least ₦100.
