If YOHAIG is being rejected or the bonus has not appeared, the problem is usually procedural rather than a fault with the bet9ja promo code. Work through these in order.

1. The code was entered with a space

Browser autofill and copy-paste both introduce invisible whitespace. A space before or after the bet9ja promo code can cause a silent failure. Clear the field and type it in by hand.

Registration was already complete

Once the account is created, the field is gone. There is no way to add a bet9ja promo code afterwards, through support or otherwise. If you registered without it, the welcome offer is not available on that account.

Under ₦100

The bet9ja promo code applies at registration but the bonus triggers on deposit. A deposit below ₦100 does not activate the offer. Check that the deposit cleared rather than sitting pending.

Details missing

An unverified account will not funds. Check that you clicked the verification link and filled in the remaining profile fields.

Already claimed

The offer is limited to one per account, household, IP address and payment method. If someone on your connection has already claimed, or you have used that card elsewhere, the system will block it. This is not something support will override.

Funds locked

Bonus funds sit in a separate balance from your cash balance. Wagering runs at 10x, on selections priced at 3.00 or higher, within 30 days. Backing short-priced favourites makes no progress toward the requirement. Progress is visible under My Account.

Next step

Raise it with bet9ja promo code support, who can see what was recorded against the account. Support can tell you whether a bet9ja promo code was captured at sign-up, which settles most disputes immediately.

The simplest fix is prevention: enter YOHAIG during registration, verify the account, then deposit ₦100 or more.
